For the convenience of our patients we now do point of care testing in the office. No more lab visits, long waits for lab results and waiting to follow up with your doctor. You can now have your results and a consultation before you even leave the office.

In a matter of minutes you can leave with the following:Complete Lipid Profile - including your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, non-HDL, triglycerides, and TC/HDL ratio. ALT and AST which assesses the potential side effects of cholesterol-lowering, diabetes and other drug therapies. HgA1c - gives the 2- to 3-month average of blood glucose levels as a measure of long-term glycemic control. Glucose Levels - gives us your glucose level at the time of your visit. Face to face counseling with Dr. Pinho to assess your cardiac risk and improve your health outcome
